What is a CDL?

A CDL is a Commercial Driver License. A commercial driver license is required if you are going to be operating a motor vehicle with a gross commercial weight rating of 26,001 pounds or more, hauling a placardable amount of Hazardous Materials, or operating a vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers.
